We build homes in the Simcoe County, Orillia, Coldwater and Oro-Medonte areas. Our most recent construction projects are side by side, across the street from Bass Lake. We’ve built a reputation as ‘The Bass Lake Builder’ and you’ll see what we’ve been up to in our portfolio.
When we’ve complete the Bass Lake homes, we’re heading west, to a rural lot between the Prices Corner, Warminster and Marchmont area; to complete another DreamHome.
If you have property in the Oro-Mdeonte, Severn and Orillia areas — we’d love to build some homes!

No. We are interested in great locations and we assess each property as it’s own project.
Although vacant land is typical, sometimes the presence of an existing, pre-loved structure calls for an addition and renovation.

The short answer is no. But are you really sure you want the headache and risk? It is much simpler to sell us the land, at a competitive price for the property; without giving any of your profit away in real estate commissions.
